Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your parcel, removing any old delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the authorized carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
